These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between you and FlashPoint Television Network regarding your access to and use of our websites, digital platforms, video and audio content, articles, livestreams, programs, account features, subscription services, communications, and other products or services that we make available.

By accessing, registering for, subscribing to, or using FlashPoint Television Network, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms that may apply to specific products or services.

If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, please do not access or use our Services.

01. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms or policies made available in connection with particular FlashPoint Television Network services constitute the agreement between you and FlashPoint Television Network regarding your use of those Services.

Additional terms may apply to subscriptions, memberships, promotions, events, text messaging programs, advertising opportunities, programming submissions, or other specific services.

If additional terms conflict with these Terms of Service, the terms specifically applicable to that service will govern to the extent of the conflict.

02. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

FlashPoint Television Network provides news, commentary, original programming, interviews, podcasts, livestreams, video, audio, articles, digital media, account functionality, newsletters, and other content and services through our websites and digital platforms.

Certain features or content may require registration, an active account, a subscription, payment, or other eligibility requirements.

Subject to these Terms, FlashPoint Television Network grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your personal and lawful use.

FlashPoint Television Network and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services and their content except where expressly stated otherwise.

03. CHANGES TO OUR SERVICES

FlashPoint Television Network may add, modify, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time.

Changes may occur because of maintenance, technical improvements, programming decisions, licensing requirements, security concerns, business needs, or other operational reasons.

We do not guarantee that any particular article, show, livestream, video, feature, presenter, program, schedule, or service will remain available indefinitely.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, technologies, policies, business practices, or legal obligations.

When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

05. PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE

Unless FlashPoint Television Network expressly authorizes otherwise, the Services and their content are provided for personal, informational, and non-commercial use.

You may not sell, resell, sublicense, commercially exploit, reproduce, systematically collect, or redistribute access to the Services or their content without prior written authorization.

06. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

FlashPoint Television Network and its licensors own or control the rights to content made available through the Services, including articles, videos, programs, broadcasts, podcasts, audio, graphics, photographs, illustrations, logos, designs, software, interfaces, trademarks, and other materials.

Content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly authorized, you may not modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, license, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit FlashPoint Television Network content.

Limited sharing functionality provided directly through the Services may be used in accordance with these Terms.

07. EDITORIAL AND PROGRAMMING CONTENT

FlashPoint Television Network may publish reporting, analysis, interviews, commentary, opinions, documentaries, entertainment, educational programming, religious programming, and other forms of content.

Views expressed by hosts, guests, contributors, interviewees, advertisers, program producers, or other third parties are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of FlashPoint Television Network.

FlashPoint Television Network may correct, update, edit, remove, or otherwise modify content when we determine it is appropriate to do so.

08. RELIANCE ON INFORMATION

Content made available through FlashPoint Television Network is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes.

While we strive to provide useful and timely information, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for evaluating information and making your own decisions based on the content you access.

Nothing available through FlashPoint Television Network should be considered professional legal, financial, medical, investment, or other specialized advice unless specifically stated otherwise.

09. USER SUBMISSIONS

FlashPoint Television Network may allow users to submit comments, messages, feedback, photographs, videos, documents, program proposals, show applications, story ideas, or other materials.

You retain any ownership rights you may have in materials you submit, subject to the rights granted to FlashPoint Television Network under these Terms.

By submitting content through features intended for publication, promotion, review, or distribution, you grant FlashPoint Television Network a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, format, and use the submitted material as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and provide the relevant Services.

The specific terms governing program submissions, licensing proposals, or professionally produced content may be addressed through a separate agreement.

10. PROGRAMMING AND SHOW SUBMISSIONS

FlashPoint Television Network may provide opportunities for producers, filmmakers, ministries, organizations, businesses, personalities, creators, and other parties to submit programs or programming proposals.

Submission of a show, film, series, podcast, documentary, children's program, news program, or other content does not guarantee approval, distribution, broadcast, placement, scheduling, or acceptance.

Programming may be subject to editorial review, technical standards, content requirements, licensing requirements, scheduling availability, pricing, separate agreements, and approval by FlashPoint Television Network.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, unsolicited business ideas or proposals should not be considered confidential.

11. USER CONDUCT

You agree to use FlashPoint Television Network only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others or interfere with the operation of our Services.

You may not use the Services to post, upload, distribute, or transmit material that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, infringing, malicious, abusive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

You may not impersonate another individual or organization, falsely represent your affiliation with another party, or provide misleading account information.

You may not attempt to interfere with, compromise, reverse engineer, disable, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, servers, accounts, systems, or networks.

12. AUTOMATED ACCESS AND DATA COLLECTION

You may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, automated scripts, artificial intelligence systems, data extraction technologies, or similar tools to systematically collect, copy, reproduce, index, train on, or extract FlashPoint Television Network content or user information unless expressly authorized in writing or permitted by applicable law.

You may not circumvent technical measures designed to prevent or restrict unauthorized access to the Services.

13. USER ACCOUNTS

Certain FlashPoint Television Network features may require you to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information when necessary.

Your account is personal to you. You may not allow unauthorized individuals to use your login credentials.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and other authentication information.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

FlashPoint Television Network may disable or restrict an account if we reasonably believe it is being misused, compromised, or operated in violation of these Terms.

14. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAID SERVICES

Certain FlashPoint Television Network content, programming, features, or services may require a paid subscription, membership, purchase, or other payment.

Pricing, billing frequency, subscription periods, renewal terms, available features, and other applicable conditions will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a paid service, you authorize FlashPoint Television Network and its payment providers to charge the payment method you provide in accordance with the terms presented during checkout.

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

15. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Where a subscription is offered on an automatically renewing basis, this will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless canceled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms, an automatically renewing subscription may renew at the frequency and price disclosed to you at the time of purchase or as subsequently communicated in accordance with applicable law.

Instructions for managing or canceling an eligible subscription will be available through your account or customer support.

16. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the product, subscription, promotion, service, or method of purchase.

Any applicable cancellation, refund, promotional, or trial terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase or in additional subscription terms.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid may be non-refundable.

17. FREE TRIALS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

FlashPoint Television Network may occasionally provide trials, promotional pricing, introductory offers, discount codes, or other incentives.

Additional eligibility requirements and restrictions may apply.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers may not be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions subject to applicable law.

18. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION

FlashPoint Television Network may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to some or all Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful activity, created a security risk, misused the Services, or infringed the rights of FlashPoint Television Network or another party.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may close an eligible account through the methods made available by FlashPoint Television Network.

Provisions that by their nature should continue following termination will remain effective.

19. ADVERTISING AND SPONSORED CONTENT

FlashPoint Television Network may display advertising, sponsorships, sponsored programming, promotional messages, affiliate links, product integrations, or other commercial content.

Sponsored or advertising content may be identified where required by applicable law or our editorial policies.

FlashPoint Television Network does not necessarily endorse every product, service, organization, advertiser, sponsor, or claim presented through third-party advertising.

Any transaction between you and an advertiser, sponsor, affiliate, or other third party is primarily between you and that third party.

20. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

Our Services may contain links, integrations, embedded content, or references to websites, social media platforms, streaming providers, advertisers, payment processors, or other services operated by third parties.

FlashPoint Television Network does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, terms, privacy practices, products, or services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies established by those third parties.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The FlashPoint Television Network name, logos, trademarks, program names, design elements, graphics, and other brand assets are owned by or licensed to FlashPoint Television Network.

Nothing contained in the Services grants you a license or right to use FlashPoint Television Network trademarks, logos, trade dress, copyrighted materials, or other intellectual property except as expressly permitted.

Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, unfair competition, and other applicable laws.

22. COPYRIGHT AND INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS

FlashPoint Television Network respects the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that material available through our Services infringes your copyright or another intellectual property right, you may submit a notice containing sufficient information for us to identify the material, understand the basis of your claim, and contact you regarding the request.

FlashPoint Television Network may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing material when appropriate and consistent with applicable law.

24. CHILDREN

25. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

FlashPoint Television Network DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, CURRENT, COMPLETE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT DEFECTS WILL ALWAYS BE CORRECTED OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES, MALICIOUS CODE, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THEM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

26. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FlashPoint Television Network AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRIBUTORS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

This limitation may include loss resulting from interrupted access, loss of data, unauthorized access, third-party conduct, reliance on content, loss of business opportunities, or other similar damages.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may apply only to the extent allowed by law.

27. INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlashPoint Television Network and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, unlawful conduct, or infringement of another party's rights.

28. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity that owns and operates FlashPoint Television Network, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any required jurisdiction, venue, arbitration provision, class-action waiver, or other dispute-resolution procedure will apply only as expressly established in these Terms or another binding agreement.

29. GENERAL PROVISIONS

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

FlashPoint Television Network's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

These Terms do not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, or joint venture between you and FlashPoint Television Network.

30. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you believe someone is violating these Terms of Service, misusing FlashPoint Television Network content, impersonating FlashPoint Television Network, compromising our Services, or engaging in other prohibited activity, please contact us.
