Copyright Policy and Infringement Notification

FlashPoint Television Network ("FlashPoint Television Network," "FPTN," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and requires users of fptn.com and any affiliated websites, digital platforms, applications, or services operated by FlashPoint Television Network to do the same.
If you are the owner of a copyrighted work, or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner, and believe in good faith that your work has been reproduced, displayed, distributed, or otherwise used through FlashPoint Television Network in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a notification to our designated Copyright Agent using the process described below.

01. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTIFICATION
To submit a copyright infringement notification to FlashPoint Television Network under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), your written notice should include substantially the following information:
1. SIGNATURE
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. IDENTIFICATION OF THE COPYRIGHTED WORK
Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed.
If possible, please provide the title of the work and any information that will help us identify it.
If the copyrighted work appears on a specific web page, video, article, program, or other FlashPoint Television Network content page, please include the applicable URL.
3. IDENTIFICATION OF THE ALLEGEDLY INFRINGING MATERIAL
Identification of the material that you believe infringes your copyright or is the subject of infringing activity and that you are requesting FlashPoint Television Network to remove or disable access to.
Please provide information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material quickly, including the specific URL or URLs whenever possible.
4. YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
Information reasonably sufficient to allow FlashPoint Television Network to contact you, such as:
• Full name
• Mailing address
• Telephone number
• Email address
5. GOOD FAITH STATEMENT
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner described in your complaint is not authorized by the copyright owner, the owner's agent, or applicable law.
6. ACCURACY AND AUTHORIZATION STATEMENT
A statement that the information contained in your notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

03. FALSE OR MISLEADING CLAIMS
Please be aware that Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act provides that any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
Do not submit a copyright claim unless you have a good faith basis for believing that infringement has occurred.
FlashPoint Television Network recommends consulting qualified legal counsel if you are uncertain whether the use of particular material constitutes copyright infringement.
04. INFORMATION PROVIDED IN A COPYRIGHT NOTICE
Information submitted as part of a copyright infringement notification may be shared with the individual or organization responsible for providing the material that is the subject of the complaint.
FlashPoint Television Network may also disclose information contained in copyright notices where reasonably necessary to investigate a claim, comply with applicable law, enforce our policies, or protect the rights of FlashPoint Television Network or others.
Information submitted to us may also become part of the administrative record associated with the copyright complaint.
05. REMOVAL OR DISABLING OF CONTENT
After receiving a valid copyright infringement notification, FlashPoint Television Network may review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice.
We may notify the person who uploaded, submitted, published, or otherwise provided the affected material and provide information regarding the copyright complaint.
Removal of content does not necessarily constitute an admission that infringement occurred.
06. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
If material you submitted to FlashPoint Television Network has been removed or disabled as a result of a copyright infringement notification and you believe the material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under Section 512(g) of the DMCA.
A valid counter-notification should include the following:
1. IDENTIFICATION OF REMOVED MATERIAL
Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, including the specific URL or location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
2. YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
If applicable, please also provide your FlashPoint Television Network username or account information.
3. CONSENT TO JURISDICTION
A statement substantially as follows:
"I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or, if my address is outside the United States, the judicial district in which FlashPoint Television Network is located, and I will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original copyright infringement notification or that person's agent."
4. GOOD FAITH STATEMENT
